Heart Burn?

I am having the most persistent heart burn right now. I'm hoping it'll go away or else I'm going to have to get the apple cider vinegar and that's so uck!  Any body else having heart burn?

I'm pretty sure that's what I'm having its like a weird burning up my throat?? It's all the time for the last week so annoying how do you stop it?

I have been drinking milk a lot to help. I seem to have it all day long and I just fight to maintain keeping it away.

Try pickle juice instead! I find it more tolerable than vinegar and it's... just the best thing for heartburn. In my opinion :)

I have horrible heart burn! The one thing I've found that really helps is drinking a small glass of milk!!

I've had instant results with almond milk and honey. Cool or warm. But I've been taking Zantac as a preventative every morning with no issues since. Regular strength.

My doc said zantac well work faster than tums. Hope this helps add u find relief

I feel for you ladies. That must be awful! I get it once in a while and it sucks so bad!  I get a stuffy nose with it and my tummy feels yucky. I can't imagine what you guys go through having it every day!  Ugh I'm so sorry.

I haven't tested to see if it's as effective, but you could try switchel. It's a drink made with apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. So, it's high in sugar, but if you're just having a little it could make the ACV more palatable.
