Does anyone else get super nauseous on their period??

This period I'm having right now has been so weird!! I never hardly cramps or anything but this one has been soooo freaking bad. I've been feeling so sick, cramping like crazy, and I've been having really really bad migraines. Anyone else experiencing the same??

My new period just started today, and towards the end of yesterday and all through today I've had the worst cramps, and I'm so flipping nauseous. 😣🔥

Earlier I had to have my mom bring me my skateboard just so I could sit on it and roll myself around the house 'cause it hurt too much to leave fetal position. 😂✌🏻️

I do sometimes too. Also I've noticed that there are certain foods that make me get super sick if I eat them during my period even if it's fine the rest of the month. Periods are weird.
