what to say & do

so theres this guy .. and we seen each other before & we were talking and we kissed and i fell asleep on him. but anyways we stop talking bc he was having family problems then we stop talking bc he didnt wanna hurt me. then i told him 2 days ago how i felt about him & we have said we love each other... and he told me how he felt towards me and he doesnt wanna hurt me and he loves me . and he wants to talk in person tomorrow.... should i just be open and tell him how I completely feel and go from there?  /:
