I recently had a fwb but it wasnt meant to happen but now ive found myself a nice guy and he is super nice and we are on the verge of getting into a relationship. But do i tell him before i met him i was having casual sex with someone who is still trying to hit me up?!

If it happened before you met and talked to him than no, it's not necessary. Everyone has a past. Don't mean you have to blurt it to them right away. 
Cut it off with the other guy, and tell him you are talking to someone.
When you and nice guy get more serious, if it gets brought up, then tell him. But telling him right off the bat isn't necessary.

If there's nothing between you and the other guy that was just causal, then I say no. Block that guy and move on with the guy you really like.
