How to stop a period?
So I've had my period for a little bit longer than a year now; I bleed/spot every single day, and am wondering if there is anything I could do to stop it. Lol it's starting to become irritating and quite cumbersome - not to mention expensive with the constant purchasing of tampons/pads. Any suggestions on what I could do?
