Repeat anatomy ultrasound

I just came from.my follow up from.my anatomy ultrasound I had 2 weeks ago.

She said my baby is measuring in the 90th percentile and everything looked perfect. However the ultrasound tech told her they needed to see me because they didn't see the diaphragm. She didn't seem worried and didn't call me early or put a rush on ultrasound.

The ultrasound tech told us she thought she had all the pictures she needed so hoping she just forgot.

What do u guys think should I be worried
