Eating Enough?

So my husband is like super worried about me. Its because I don't eat and when I do I throw up 😭 im 7w 1d and im pretty worried im not giving my baby enough vitamins. And this also worries me because i feel like since my baby isnt getting enough nutrition he/she wont develop well enough. (I had an ultrasound at 6w 1d and they told me I looked like I was 5w and still no heart beat thats why I also worry) Any advice ladies ? I would really appreciate it ❤️

No need to worry - it is very common for women to be very sick in the first trimester and even lose weight because of it.

As long as you can keep your vitamins down all is well. Baby will get their nutrients from your body even if you aren't eating. Just will take a tole on your teeth and bones etc.

My doctor told me not to worry during the first trimester. The baby will get what it needs! If it goes far into the second he told me to come back and we'd look at my options. Sorry your sick, but the baby won't be affected.

You need to get on an anti nausea medication probably 
I'm on diclegis it's a class a drug but I have hyperemesis I still throw up every few days.
I've lost 25 pounds

First, baby takes what is needed, you'll end up with the rest so don't worry! Second, have your pregnancy vitamins to make sure you are both fine. Third, nausea and vomiting might not last long for you, until then have what your body tolerates. If unbearable check with your doctor if any meds can help. The first trimester was my nightmare but it won't last for long now, hold on!!!!

I had the same problem pretty much my whole pregnancy. I was put on anti nausea medication & it helped a lot. just take your prenatals & both of you should be fine.
