Prescribed prenatals

So this may sound weird but, does anyone know exactly how much vitamins and everything are in the prenatals prescribed by the doctor? I like to think they're everything a pregnant lady needs but without it stating it on the bottle I am just curious.. am I over thinking this? Or should I go back to store bought prenatals so I can see..
