Wedding 2-3 Weeks Postpartum- Help!
I'm due with my first babe Sept. 14th. One of my best friends is getting married on Oct. 2nd. It's very important for me to be there, and I want to do whatever I can to make that happen.
I am hoping to exclusively breastfeed, so in a perfect world, I would be able to pump and get him to take a bottle before the wedding. The more I read about supply issue, nipple confusion, and establishing breastfeeding before offering a bottle, the more nervous I get! I'm not against supplementing with formula to help build a supply, but it's not my first choice. Is it realistic to hope to be able pump/have LO take a bottle this early? I would also love to have a nice supply built-up before I go back to work at 8 weeks PP.
I'm open to all advice on how to accomplish this! Thanks! 😊
