9 weeks and Diarrhea

Theresa • Thu, Jul 28 • Married house wife. My first pregnancy ended in MC. My second pregnancy I have a healthy baby boy born April 21 2018. Now for weight loss.

I have had diarrhea for the past 4 days now and been waking up through the night to go at least 3-4 times. It's followed with strong gassy cramps I've been taking gas ex, tums, and immodole nothing seems to be working or helping me. I have zero appetite and I'm trying to stay up with my liquids so I don't get dehydrated but even water cause me stomach aches. Anyone else have this or know what I should do?
