Unsure

I believe I had a miscarriage last month. I went to the ER and he said it was so early he wouldn't really be able to tell yet from an ultrasound, I bleed for a week straight. Now my period is a over a week late and I'm testing positive again... I just recently found out that my insurance does not cover pregnancy and I really want to see if my hormone levels are rising... What do I do??? Is there somewhere else I can go??
