always worrying !

Does anyone else freak out every day worrying there doing something wrong ? I'm about 7 weeks and go for my ultrasound at 9 weeks. I'm terrified something will be wrong . I have some symptoms and no reason to think this way I just want everything to be perfect! Anybody else ?!
