hormones messing with my armpits?

ever since I had my baby five months ago, my armpits have been totally different. they got SUPER itchy, so I changed my deodorant to tom's.. and it doesn't work at all, but they haven't been itchy..but then my pits got really dark..and now my armpits are bothering me. AHHH! what do I do!

Mine for real weird after my first too! I use a gel now and that seems to stop the itching and work great!

Mine keep reacting to different deoderants. It's like an infected hair or little red spot that gets hard. Painful. I've tried a few different brands.

Anytime I switch deodorant or realize the one I have is no longer working... I detox my pits with a clay mask. I use bentonite clay. It helps, and it also lightens the darkness of my pits, which always happens to me when I get pregnant. Also I've read that using deodorant can cause the darkening of the armpits. So I try to only use it when I'm going out of the house. At home I'll use a talc free powder ...and as long as I'm not too active, it works. It's a nice break from sticky pits.

This might be weird, but you could try men's deodorant. My husband has old spice and it's not gel but it's not white solid like basically all women's deodorant is. I've had to use his before, and it doesn't feel gross like gel (and I'm sure you could find one that doesn't smell manly, just clean)
