Confused....

Ok ladies I need some help, I started spotting pink/ brown 4 days before my period was due it lasted 3 days it was very light I did use a tampon the second day but it didn't even halfway fill it up. Now I'm having increased cm pretty clear, and cramping very very low in my abdomen. I don't know if I should take a test or if that bleeding for three days was my period
