37 weeks rectal pressure and diarreah?

So I will be 37 weeks tomorrow with baby #3. Last night I suddenly was wide awake and couldn't sleep so I didn't. Lol I laid on couch finally at 4am. 2x since 230 am I have had diarreah and some rectal pressure now too. (Hello irritated butt hole and hemmroids coming 😠) I go to the dr this morning luckily but could this POSSIBLY mean anything?! I checked my cervix yesterday and I am at least 2cm and it's super soft but I could barely reach it to see how far I could spread my fingers.
