Feeding at night is a struggle

Does anyone have babies who throw a fit at night time when it comes to feeding and diaper changes? My son is 9 weeks and wakes up every two hours for feeding. He wakes up all annoyed and pissed because his diaper is wet .. Oh and bass getting his diaper changed so he's crying hysterically.. Then screams for his bottle so I'm like one eye open trying to do all this within like seconds. While eating he's half a sleep so sometimes he's drinking and then towards the end of a bottle throws everything up because he's not swallowing as he's bout to knock out so I'm always prepared with towel over him. He also gets mad when That happens so I'm sitting there still one eye one rocking him back to sleep... If im lucky I can put him down without waking him up but sometimes after I put him down he's still squirming and moving around for like 15 mins ... I can't wait till the day where he only wakes up like once a night to eat.
