Postpartum period

My girl is three months old and since I had her I had one regular period which was last month and it was completely normal it lasted a week then went away  but this month im about 3 days over from when I had my period last month is that normal after having a baby? R should it already be back to normal? Me and my husband have done things so I took a pregnancy test and it showed negative but I'm still worried.
