Help! advice please n!

Possible UTI? I'm 36 weeks and just last night I started having extreme lower back pains, heartburn, cramps, and possible BH in my tummy ! And this morning it hurts to walk lol...:: and j feel so much pressure ! The doctor said I can come in around 4 today.... That's 7 hours away.... Little long if you ask me... Idk what to do! I've been going to the BR non stop as well! I just don't feel right.. I've been drinking water and laying on my side. Anyone have an idea on what's going on? Last week doctor said cervix was very very thin and the babies head is extremely low. I have been feeling a lot of pressure down there ! Hell lol! I hate being in pain!
