How do i know?

how do i know that i have a yeast infection? my vagins has been itching on the outside and inside, i guess since the hair is growing back its causing the outside to itch but that doesnt explain why the inside is itchy. Theres not much itchness though, just once in a while. Plus theres no white creamy shit, just some discharge or atleast i think there isnt
