Faint pos

Woke up at 230 this morning unable to sleep cause i kept having hot flashes, headache, weird metal taste in my mouth and dull cramping in my right lower side... Took a test and was super faint didn't even show up on photo but i could see it  and a friend took a look at it with alot of brightness and she said it wAs there but faint gonna keep testing
