Letrozole (Femara)

Has anyone had success with their first round of Letrozole?  If so, how many times during your fertile window did you have intercourse, and how far along are you now? Or how old are your babies?! My body is responding very well to letrozole and I am coming up on my most crucial days, but the pressure of having sex everyday just stresses me and my husband out.  Thanks in advance!
