Nipples been sore started towards my ovulating time and still going on

My ovulating time is ending in three days and soon my period but then again some family members and women I know had there period and found that they are pretty pregnant. I have had sex were not trying but he knows I want kids ( whenever it happens it happens I told him it isn't a mistake in my eyes if I get pregnant to me it's a blessing to me, he agrees with me if it does happen:)
