Wanting a baby

So I've had a bad run with ovarian cysts rupturing and causing problems. Mainly the one of being told I could possibly not be able to have a kid. My boyfriend also thinks he is sterile (for othe private reasons). We both want a kid extremely bad but are not in the situation to try and or be tested to see if he is sterile and if I could carry a healthy term.
