What should I stock up on the most?

I'm almost 20 weeks and I want to start a stockpile of things for my baby boy. I am having a shower but I still want to be over prepared. This is my first baby so I'm a little confused in the baby aisle. Lol.  I know I have to have tons of diapers and wipes but is there anything else that I might need a lot of?

Wipes, diapers, soaps, etc.  But get the sensitive kind so you don't waste money

Mother of a 1 month old here. Things I've used the most since bringing baby home are: 
1. Diapers! We didn't buy any new born size. That was a mistake. 
2. Wipes 
3. Bum cream
4. Light blankets for daytime and swaddles for nighttime 
5. Newborn size t-shirt onesies 
6. Soothers. Buy a few, they go missing. 
7. Absorbent boobie pads. I have washable cloth ones but disposable ones work too. 
8. Panty liners. I know, not baby related but after my son was born I went through four boxes, and that was after I went through the ones from the hospital. I had to limp into a drugstore 5 days after my csection to buy them because my sweet SO got the wrong kind. Save yourself a painful trip!

White onsies, diapers all sizes, and tons of wipes and diaper rash cream, we went threw a ton of pajamas because In the first months they do a lot of sleeping, crib sheets at least 2-3 and changinging covers 2-3 .

Receiving blankets and burp cloths. Nothing fancy. It's always nice to have extra sheets if the baby is gonna be in a crib. Extra blankets. Receipts for diapers just in case you don't like the brand or baby grows out of them too fast. Stocking up on diapers isnt a big deal. Im 34 weeks and have 2 size 1 boxes of diapers and 2 size 2 bags of diapers. Not even the brands I like. No receipts from the people and no idea where they got them.

Swaddles/ recieving blankets FOR SURE. Baby socks. Binkies if you plan to use them. Ect

I really regret stocking up....it was a waste. You quickly find that some brands are better than others, baby doesn't like certain bottles, stuff doesn't work good, etc.
