Red raspberry leaf tea brand? How many cups?!

I'm 35 weeks and 3 days and want to start drinking this tea. Has anyone had experience with it... What brand did you use and how many cups?

I drink 3 cups a day and will increase that amount once I hit 38 weeks. I use bought traditional medicinals brand and earth mama baby angel. Make sure you get red raspberry leaf tea....I have seen a couple people on here just buying raspberry tea which will do nothing.

My sister said the tea is nasty, so I bought a capsule version instead. I take 2-4 capsules a day.

I can't remember the exact name of the brand I have but its from target! 
And its recommended in your 2nd trimester drink 2 cups a day and 3 once you reach your 3rd trimester. Then as much as you want around 37-38 weeks.

I am planing on using this tea too when I reach my third trimester.  I'm not sure what they recommend as far as how much to drink.  I was just going to drink a cup in the morning like I usually do with other teas.  I did hear one mom say her friend, a midwife, recommend start drinking 2 cups a day in your third trimester
