POSSIBLE TMI Lump while breastfeeding?

Question

I know that lumps during breastfeeding are very normal, but I thought they went away when you were nursing or pumping. 
I noticed a lump near my nipple but not right on it about a month ago, and it hasn't went away despite pumping every two hours until my breast was empty. It doesn't hurt. Its not red. I know it's not mastitis because I had mastitis with my first. 
I'm just a little concerned because it's not going away. I was going to bring it up with my OB at a follow up, but I had to cancel the appointment because of my daughter being in the hospital and I have no idea when I'll be able to go back.

The circled area is where the lump is. It's probably just a little smaller than a ping pong ball, but bigger than a pea. 
I'm sure it's nothing, but I kinda need some peace of mind because everything that can go wrong in my life has been going wrong. 
Anybody experience this?

Have you tried massaging it while you're pumping/feeding? It could still be a clogged milk duct, even if there's no pain or anything yet. All I can suggest is seeing your doctor.

My daughter had lumps on her breast when I was breast feeding her. They went away after a couple days.  It was because the hormones from breastfeeding were transferred to her. Maybe just call the Dr office receptionist with your concern? The Dr will have you come in if they think its abnormal.

Could be a lactation cysts. I've found a few lumps since starting EBF. I've had two ultrasounds 3m apart. Radiologist felt that's what it is. Have to get another ultrasound when I'm done breastfeeding. Def talk to your doctor.

I have one that comes and goes and I think it's a clogged milk duct too

OMF HAPPENED ALL THE TIME TO ME WHEN MY BABY GIRL WAS FIRST BORN , they would just get way too full, I would have to squeeze milk out or pump ! 
Was totally normal to me , only happened for maybe the first couple of weeks

I allowed my breast to get to full and had lumps near my arm pits ... I massage the area with as much pressure as I could handle and pumped ... I'm still full (milk just came in yesterday while being discharged) so the lump comes back but not as hard ... I'm sure it will be gone once I'm in a regular rotation

Could also be an ingrown hair? Definitely get it checked out for your peace of mind though!
