Should I be upset if my boyfriend is having lunch with another girl?

My boyfriend is having lunch with one of his close friends that's a girl and I don't like her only because she's friends with him lol petty I know. I trust him and I know he loves me and we're hanging out later this afternoon but I also get easily jealous so do I have a right to be upset? Or not

Um no way, is flip if he even asked. My boyfriend would never do that because I'd slap the shit out of him.not really but it'd be a fight for sure. It's just disrespectful I think. Why would he not invite you or wait until you can all go. There's no reason in the world a guy needs to go out to eat with a woman that's not his wife/girlfriend(obviously besides family).

One of my best friends was a guy and my boyfriend got insanely funny about it even though he trusts me and knows I'd never go there. It makes perfect sense that you're jealous like it did that my guy was jealous. Just make sure if you feel really uncomfortable about it you speak to him about it because it caused a lot of problems for me and my boyfriend. If you trust him, then try and adapt to the idea that guys and girls can be perfectly good friends, I think jealousy is just natural with shit like that💫

Well I would be mad and jealous to and honestly that is normal bc it shows you care .. But it is seriously wrong that he is going out to eat with another girl and you should look more into it because I would never let mine go anywhere with his close girl friends 😴 he should know better ..

Tbh I totally get you on the jealous part and I think it'd be good to at least let him know you're a bit uncomfortable with it. I'd say definitely don't try to say he can't spend time with her because it's unfair for you to decide who he spends his time with. It's pretty much saying 
"You choose to be with me so I choose who you can't be with" idk, whatever is best for you, best of luck!!

One of my best friends was a guy, Sam. We would study together every week for 3 years in college. We would grab lunch and dinner together all the time. Before exams he would sleep on my couch and we would get breakfast together in the morning. He even got me a job with his dad, which was exactly the job I wanted and needed. Nothing ever happened, neither of us ever made a move on each other, we never talked about liking each other or anything. Towards the end of his senior year, Sam got a girlfriend. We still continued on with our normal routine, we would even go out for drinks together some weekends. Even after Sam graduated, we would still see each other all the time because we both work for his dad. Fast forward about a year and Sam gets in to vet school while we're together at work. We all run up and hug him and tell him we'll take him out for drinks to celebrate, but his girlfriend thought that was a major problem. But not with the other girls, just with me. I work full time for Sam's dad now so I still see Sam all the time. His girlfriend won't let him talk to me at all. He's absolutely miserable compared to the person I used to know, and his family hates the girl so much she's not even allowed to come around. He was hands down one of my best friends for 3 years. He was a happy, friendly guy and everyone loved him. Now he's miserable, has lost most of his friends because his girlfriend won't let him talk to them, even his guy friends, and is constantly fighting with everyone. 
I realize this is a long story, but guys and girls can be just friends. I think it's completely wrong when someone tries to control who their significant other can associate with. I can understand not being okay with associations with exes, but especially if that friend was around before you came in to the picture, you should not make him choose between you or his friends. If you do that, he may resent you. And his family and friends may resent you too.

I thinks it's normal to feel that way, and letting him have his space and friends is so important. Just trust him until he gives you a reason not too..
