Possible UTI?

My bladder hurts soo bad. There's so much pressure. I've had to pee at least 3-4 times every hour or so all day which is not normal for me. I don't feel any burning sensation when I pee though. I'm like 75% sure I probably have a bladder infection but haven't had one in quite a few years so I can't remember what all I'm supposed to do. Cranberry juice? Go to the doctor and get antibiotics? Anyone else think this is probably bladder infection? I know I'm not pregnant.
