I hurt my boyfriend
I brought up one of my boyfriend's insecurities in a way that deeply hurt him. I feel like lowest scum of the earth right now, and I just want to curl up in a ball and cry, but I need to help him and he says there's no way to help. What do I do? Any advice would be very much appreciated, thank you.
