Leaving an abusive relationship

First thing, it's not physical abuse. I feel like I'm in an emotional abusive relationship. We've been together for 3 years and everything was okay until he left Hawaii and moved to Florida. He started getting so controlling. I recently got an iPhone and the first thing he does is demand for my iCloud information. It all synced with the rest of my family members but that's besides the point, he has access to all my social media accounts and my email. He got extremely angry with me when my friend posted a picture of her and I in a bikini at the beach. He told me such disrespectful things and told me he doesn't approve of me wearing bikinis. Sometimes he even tells me what I can and can't post on my social media. He posts so much sexual things and likes all kinds of girls things. I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm complaining and this is so long but I have no idea what to do. I feel so alone and I feel that if I were to break up with him I will have no one to talk to. He was never this bad. But I don't want to be in a controlling relationship . Please don't be mean. Please give me some advice. 😢😢
