Any tips on TTC? (Even if they're not scientifically proven)

What tips do you guys have on TTC? I have heard of the legs up after sex... But what other tricks do you ladies have? Even if they're not scientifically proven... But they worked for you. Spill it, girl!

Here's a few things we tried!

I had an ectopic in December lost my tube. I didn't seem to ovulate the next cycle after we got the go ahead from the doctor. So the next one I took vitex (didn't conceive this time but did the next)

Switched from skim milk to whole milk

Took a mucinex when I got a positive opk

bd every other day until I got a positive opk BD that day and the next.

Used preseed

Position was doggy style

Legs up after every time for at least 5 minutes.

I tracked opk like a mad woman. Probably took 5 a day. Kept them all in a notebook.
