Twins

A week ago I was shown we were pregnant with Twins. I was lightly spotting a few days later and I seen two little pieces of tissue in the toilet. No blood just tissue. I went to the ER and they informed me that I only had one twin with a heartbeat of 157. They told me the other one was dead. One was measuring at 7w5d and the other at 7w3d. I still have hope to see two heart beats when I see my doctor tomorrow. But even if its only one baby.. I know God has a plan and knows why. Anyone else go through this too? And still have a healthy baby after finding out atwin  didnt make it?
