No period and BFN

So I had my implant out on the 6th June, had my period on the 16th June and nothing since, been feeling bloated and tired and got bad backache along with sore boobs. Been taking pregnancy tests all in the morning but they've been all negative. I have no clue what's going on because the bloat and sore boobs have been pretty constant as well along with mild cramps. Been doing the BD every other day since my period as well. Been to the Drs and they said they can't do anything. Could I possibly be pregnant and just getting negatives? Is anybody else in the same boat? Some help would be greatful and baby dust to everyone!✨✨
