Suggestions

I have been in the same relationship for 8 years . We have had our problems and of course we have had many good days . We also have a 4year old daughter together( both of our first & only child). He end up getting locked up & have to serve some time😔. Anyway our sex drive is out of control we would have sex every day sometimes multiple times a day. Due to him being incarcerated I've become abstinent going on now 3 years💪🏽🙏🏽 . But omg I need to release. Do you all have any suggestions?
