Sex too soon?

I had a natural miscarriage July 30th, I lost a lot of blood then and passed everything that day. I'm barely having any blood maybe just a spot or two. My discharge papers from the hospital said I can resume sex when I feel ready. We felt ready today & had intercourse & he did cum in me. I had a missed miscarriage so we had time to sort heal from it. We knew it was nothing we could've done. But will I be okay for sex too soon?

If you feel ready for sex again, then I'd say go for it bit remember you are VERY fertile after a miscarrage or pregnancy. So I'd take the proper precautions if you two aren't looking to start trying again just yet. Good luck healing, sending lots of love your way. xx

I just had a missed miscarriage and D&C on July 22nd. I took these yesterday and I believe the ovulation test could be accurate as I've been having blood tinged EWCM for the last few days, but not sure since HCG seems to alter OPKs. I'm sticking to the recommended 2 weeks before we have sex because I developed an infection 24-32 hours post procedure and don't want to risk another one. 
I feel great and comfortable with it but I want to see my OB first just to be sure. ☺️
