Pregnant after miscarriage

I found out just a few days ago that I'm pregnant and I'm a little over 4 weeks. I just had a miscarriage in February and I'm in this constant state of fear that it's going to happen again. It doesn't help that I've read odds of miscarriage go up after having one. I feel like I won't be able to breathe until we hit the second trimester. How do you ladies deal with this?
