Itching in vagina 😟

TMI but I need help! I am losing my mind. I am SO itchy like inside my lady bits. for a couple days I have also felt like my bladder is irritated, it almost feels like a UTI but it doesn't burn when I pee my bladder just feels irritated when I have to pee. And now today I am just so itchy :( I'm thinking it's a yeast infection but I'm not having abnormal discharge or smells so I'm not sure.. Can a yeast infection happen without the thick discharge and odor? And mainly- what can I do for relief?! I want to cry it's so uncomfortable 😟
