Need some advise

My period ended on the 14th of July.... It was super heavy which most of the times mine are, but I did got to ER on the 5th night because I was changing tampon & pad every hour... They did PG test and it was negative, and said blood work came back good... Now I've been spotting pink  for almost a week, and after my period im done and don't spot  till 3 days before the next cycle... So I'm confused as to what's going on... No insurance so don't want to run to dr for every little thing....
