Cramping 😩
Good morning 🚺! I woke up in tears this morning bc of cramping-- @ first i thought it was bc my man and i had sex last night and experienced new positions. However, thats not the case im on my period. Ive tried a heating pad, pamprin and tylenol. NOTHING is helping!! What are some things you do to help ease the cramping - please let me know
