Prayers please

I have an appointment in an hour for a sonogram, I've lost all symptoms. I was told from the beginning that this wasn't a viable pregnancy, and when I went in at 7 weeks there was a strong little heart beat! I was a conundrum, a mystery because all the hcg levels said there should be no baby, no heart beat. But there it was, I'm now 10.5 weeks, and at the 7 week sono the yolk sac was larger than it should be and is an issue with placental growth. So terrified I'm going in to find my baby has stopped growing.
