8w3d, 2 prior losses, feel paranoid

I have to wait four weeks til my next ultrasound. Everything looked perfect the last couple weeks, but we lost one at 6w4d in August last year, then had a BO in May, and got pregnant with this one immediately after my d&c. I can't help but feel paranoid when i have a "good day" (not feeling sick) and it's driving me crazy. I just want to see baby and see its little heart beating and I can't wait until then :(
