Scared to announce? 😩

Hi ladies so I'm 13 weeks tomorrow with my rainbow baby and had my NT scan and all looked good but I don't know why I'm so scared to publicly announce it 😬 we made this cute announcement too!! I announced my first pregnancy really early and then lost it and had to explain which is why I think I'm so scared!! When did you all start telling people...my family, boss, close friends already know so..

I found out I pregnant at 3 weeks, we told our kids & family at 5 weeks & I was about 6 weeks when we announced via social media. I was a little nervous only because we didn't hear the heartbeat or see the baby but now I'm 11 weeks; saw the baby twice and get to see him/her again on Thursday when I'm 12 weeks; and I feel okay with announcing so early only because I can't keep a secret this good 🤗

This will be my rainbow baby too. I'm not announcing either until at least September- I'm due in February. I'm not planning on taking a lot of time off from work, so there's no replacement to be trained, thus allowing me the luxury of keeping it all to myself. 
Can't even imagine what it's like to explain the loss to others since some people don't even understand what it is and how terrible it feels. 
Keep this to yourself until you're comfortable. There no rush :)

Same exact boat as you. I had a missed mc in March and I'm almost 13w now (due feb9). I have my NT scan on Friday, so I'm thinking about announcing this weekend. Super scared and nervous to announce but I'm excited to share this secret with our friends and family! Congrats and best wishes!! 😘

I usually tell family & friends around 8 weeks but I wait to put anything on social media until much later, more like 18-20 weeks. I like it feeling intimate for a while and I'd rather not have to explain to people who I haven't seen in 12 years that I'm not pregnant anymore via social media should I miscarry. If you aren't ready to announce, then don't!

I had a loss at 10 weeks in Mach I had announced early bc we were so excited I'm currently prego again we announced at 6 weeks with this one once we seen the heart beat and I felt it be easier to have the support and love then to have to hide it and now your 13w I wouldn't worry so much esp since you know your munchkins growing it's hard I'm still scared everyday and idk if that will ever go away I hope it does.

I'm due February 8th with our rainbow baby as well!! We announced last Friday. I feel like it was definitely harder to feel connected to this baby for fear of losing it!

I am in the same boat, and even have the same idea for an announcement!! But last time we had a missed miscarriage, and didn't find out about it until 13 weeks. I am 12 now, and our ne t appointment isn't until 14. I'm not telling anyone until at least that appointment, as we should be able to hear the heartbeat at that time and know everything is still okay. The only ones who know now are our parents - we told them around 8 weeks. I'm thinking of waiting until we know the gender to announce on social media, and if we see anyone around and I feel like I'm starting to show we may tell as that happens, but eh.

I feel the same way! We weren't even going to tell family until second trimester since we previously lost our baby, but had a little scare a week ago, so we decided to tell them. I don't think we announced with our first until 20 weeks 🙈 We told people, but nothing like on FB. Who knows when we'll tell this time. Maybe 15 weeks !

I am in the same boat. Ordinarily I would have announced by now because I am passed 12 weeks. This is my second rainbow baby, and I have 2 older children. I have seen the my little munchkin moving around on multiple ultrasounds and heart rate has consistently been over 160, also, I am starting to show, but I am still waiting a while. You announce when you feel most comfortable. You will know the right time. Good luck to you.
