Could my breastfed baby have a wheat intolerance?

Help. Trying to decipher the culprit here. Rashed bottom that I battle based on more frequent explosive poops and gas. Also, acidic smlling spit up and more gas in tummy..On days that her bowel movements are more solid and seedy, the less diaper rash. I've eliminated all sensitivity factors including citrus, nightshades, eggs, and dairy. Could she have an intolerance to wheat? ? Has anyone else made this discovery? Would much rather she had more good days than bad.
