Implantation bleeding??? Help!

So my husband and I definitely had unprotected sex in my fertile window. My period was supposed to start last Wednesday and I took a test Friday (negative) and then my period started Saturday, or so I thought? It was totally different than normal color like more of a darker? Normally my period is 5 days and it only lasted 2. Just now I went to the bathroom and I have very very bright almost like bright pink blood when I wipe. Is it possible that I'm pregnant even though I had a 2 day "period"?

There's a chance youre pregnant cause implantation bleeding occurs a few days after you conceive and it's light pink like you said and doesnt last long so maybe, idk, i personally think it could be implantation bleeding but the pregnancy test result isn't as acurate if you take it two days after. a period is considered late when its been 10 days so you should maybe test again in a few days. but if you took the pill it'snormal to have weird random red or pink discharge!

I had faint bleeding while pregnant it could be implanted bleeding but I also almost miscarriaged with the bright pink your best bet is to just buy a test
