No more nausea

Xiomary • I have a beautiful 4 year old daughter and now a baby boy!
so OBGYN says I'm 6 wks 2 days prego with baby #2 in the beginning I got alot of nausea and even vomited once. but now I have no nausea what so ever. maybe ocasional heartburn but I have no other symptoms. just sometimes sore breasts, frequent urination and that's pretty much it. Is this something to worry about?
