Can anyone tell me how I know if I am having them? What do they feel like? Everyone asks me if I'm having them and I dont know BC I've never done this before!! I might have and not know it is what I'm thinking...

Belly tightens and hardens they typically don't cause pain but are uncomfortable towards the end of your pregnancy they become more frequent and can be really discomforting.

For me, it feels like the baby is balling up inside. Took me a while to realize that it wasn't him!

Your uterus gets really tight and the baby will curl up into a little ball for a few seconds...usually unnoticeable but it can be a little uncomfortable it's most noticeable when your hand is on your tummy. They'll go away if you change position, pee or drink water

For me, I feel my tummy hardening like some football and within 30 seconds to one minute it eases up. It won't be painful or uncomfortable. It's just this hardening feeling that's all.

Like others said, it feels (and looks) like my baby is sticking his butt out as far as possible but if I poke he doesn't move like he normally would. I thought it was all him until a couple weeks ago when I started experiencing period-like back pain with it, then I got suspicious and asked my doctor, she said it sounds like BH.

This is my first time doing this too, but I get a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen that lasts for a few minutes. At first I thought it was just the baby pushing on me, but I only seem to notice it when I am active. I'm pretty sure it's BH.
