Raspberry leaf tea capsules at 40 weeks?
So my due date was yesterday and as of today I am 90% effaced and 1 cm dilated. It's looking like I will likely be induced on the 8th. I was thinking of trying raspberry leaf capsules to see if that will help bring on labor. Has anyone tried these? Thoughts? Is 40 weeks too late to start?
She is apparently very cozy and content in there! Lol
