So I noticed I throw up and get nauseous more now that I'm 14 weeks... Not sure if this has to do with my prenatals however I noticed today that I puked about 30mins- an hour after taking it... Did the baby get anything it needed from that pill or should I take another?

I keep mine on my nightstand and take it right before I go to sleep. It seems to help! I was getting sick on them before and I've had no issues since.

I get nauseous if I take my prenatals and DHA on an empty stomach. I always take them with a meal now

I used to have this happen with regular multivitamins. It could definitely be the case for you. I find that it helps to take them at night before bed. If that doesn't help then try switching brands - I have the cvs brand prenatals with dha and Folic acid and they never make me puke the way some of the name brand vitamins do.

I was more under the impression that other than folic acid, the baby takes what it needs from you and your food and the prenatal helps you replenish and stay nourished. I would take another one with a snack before bed tomorrow. See if you can sleep through any nausea. Good luck, hope you feel better!
