21 weeks pregnant and lost my dad

Well i am 21 weeks pregnant and 3 days ago my dad died unexpectedly in another country. I was unable to travel there to be at his funeral as I am pregnant and the Zika virus is very much alive down there. I am feeling extremely sad, but health wise for baby I feel really good. Last couple of days I have felt baby moving more than I ever have! Found out we have expecting a boy, will be naming him after my dad for sure. Anyone else had to deal with this when pregnant? I hope me crying and being upset isn't affecting my baby. I'm still eating and drinking water... I'm just worried...
