Is it possible?

Is it possible to still be pregnant with the same fetus if say,

I got a abortion (don't judge please) back in March of 2016 in the beginning of march with my exs baby. Afterwards never got my period and never went back to get a check up. It was surgical abortion done at 6 weeks. 
Well I met someone who is simply amazing and treats me oh so good that April. Well...... I got pregnant - don't forget I never got my period after that last abortion. Anyways went to the doctor and said that I conceived around May 8-11th and baby is due in January 2017... 
Basically what I'm asking is, 
Is it possible that I'm pregnant with that same fetus?!?!?!??
Please help and don't judge ...
And no I wouldn't get another abortion.

Not possible from the dates. I conceived in February and am due in November. It's the second guys baby plus they make sure they get everything out when they do an abortion surgically.

Unlikely only way to tell is to know how far along you are. Also not everyone get their period after a MC or abortion and can get pregnant right away without a period. It isn't unheard of. I'm assuming abortions are similar to a medical D&C. So again it's nearly impossible

Surgical or otherwise abortions are pretty thorough in getting rid of the baby. Even if it didn't get it the procedure alone wouldn't have been survivable. This is a new baby hun your other one is in heaven.

Not possible. If you were 6 weeks in early March you would be due in like oct.

You can ovulate again before getting your period, which is likely what happened. So, it's another pregnancy.

I would highly doubt it.  If you haven't had a period it can be extremely difficult to date a pregnancy.  I would also say especially since you recently had an abortion it would contribute to difficulties dating your current pregnancy.  How far along do they say you are?  Did they measure your fetal pole around 7-8 weeks?  I wouldn't worry about it,  if you're still unsure later on you can always have a paternity test.

I think just to be sure you would have to have an US . To check the size of the baby, I concieved without a period since december and im 23 weeks now so got pregnant without a period around march.

Did they do an ultrasound to determine those dates? If so then no it's not possible.

It is unlikely, but I'd ask for a dating ultrasound just in case ( and for the peace of mind!)  And be honest with your doctor about what is going on, hopefully they can help reassure you.
